Five Minute Roasted  Shishito Peppers

Step 1:

Choose peppers that are bright green in color and tender but firm.

Step 2:

Toss with a high heat cooking oil.

Step 3:

Dump on a baking sheet and spread out evenly.

Step 4:

Add a sprinkle of coarse salt.

Step 5:

Roast at 450° for 5 minutes.

Step 6:

Serve immediately!
