A refreshing combination of frozen watermelon and strawberry combined with a kick from bubbly seltzer makes these watermelon strawberry coolers the perfect way to cool off on a hot day!
Living in Charleston, SC is...well, HOT. We drink a lot of water in our house, and we have to in order to stay hydrated.
Our climate is one where you walk outside and start sweating, regardless of what you're doing. We might get a short reprieve in the winter, for maybe a month, usually in February. But outside of that, we just sweat.
Sometimes you want something else to drink other than water. We keep a good stash of frozen fruit in the freezer for different uses, and I was so glad for it today!

A combination of frozen watermelon chunks, frozen strawberries, and coconut water make the perfect refreshing cold mixture. Combine your frozen concoction with a bit of seltzer and you've got the best summer drink in town.
These turned out frosty and delicious. They're refreshing and not too sweet. Great for adults and kids alike!
